Pooja Prema is a visionary artist and facilitator who works in many mediums – theatre, dance, writing, music and ritual – weaving together the realms of the spiritual, transpersonal, personal and political, in service to honoring and preserving the wisdom traditions of her ancestors. She offers ritual-workshops with the desire to re-orient consciousness to a sacred relationship with the Feminine, the Earth, and our shared humanity. She also guides women in healing, trusting and reclaiming the innate wisdom found in our bodies, rites of passages, and the menstrual cycle.
