Yelimar Rodriguez is deeply fascinated by the mind body connection. With more than ten years of experience as a yoga instructor she leads mindful movement explorations that help focus the mind, increase body awareness, and ease stress. As a facilitator, she draws from her studies in applied positive psychology, holistic health, and yoga to create empowering workshops.
